AOWN partners with Legal Aid of Nebraska to provide legal services for the elderly. Legal Aid of Nebraska provides legal advice and assistance to Nebraska residents 60 years of age and older through our Elder Access Line.
Phone calls to the Elder Access line are answered by an experience attorney or paralegal who will ask you questions about your situation. We will provide advice regardless of your income. Our highly experienced and diverse staff is dedicated to helping people preserve and maintain life essentials—income, health, safety, and shelter.
